THE ROLE

 

We’re looking for a MSP/MPS Senior Planner to join Rothenkirchen Planning team. We will entrust you supply management from the moment of placing raw and packaging orders to our suppliers, through the planning of production lines at our manufacturing site until the moment of delivering Wella Hair Products to be distributed across the globe and delivered to our satisfied customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Managing supply network for assigned portfolio with strong focus on Service, Inventory and Cost.
  • Setting-up and bringing improvements to our processes.
  • Finished product & Materials planning in the horizon 0-18 months for Rothenkirchen Production sites.
  • Collaboration with Production site and Suppliers on daily basis.
  • Monitoring execution of the supply plan and production plan.
  • Resolving any conflicts with suppliers or plants to avoid products availability gaps.
  • Adjusting plans accordingly to demand changes.
  • Keeping results on target for Service and Inventory for selected Portfolio.
  • Integrating initiative plans (new launches or restages) across planning horizon.
  • Proactive identification of critical supply constraints and building action plans to avoid service impact.
  • Reporting and analyzing key Performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.
  • Cooperation with other company departments and team members to increase planning process efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to analyze category specific data to identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Accountability for driving performance, continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies within given category;
  • SAP Solution practical knowledge will be an asset;
  • Ability to learn fast and rapidly adapt to a constantly changing environment and to continuously adjust priorities and asses how to operate effectively in the role;
  • Excellent communication and team working skills;
  • Globally and culturally aware;
  • The role holder should be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Highly skilled in MS Office.
