Marketing and Trade Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing and Trade Marketing Specialist will be reporting to Senior Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager. This role focuses on monitoring the innovation execution and providing support in implementing the Global Strategy across Eastern Europe Region. You will have the opportunity to become the project leader and to collaborate in an international community with seven markets, with various departments within the Wella organization. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supporting the marketing team in executing strategy. 

• Defining launch assumptions for innovation based on global strategy including deployment to markets.    

• Monitoring innovation execution – data analysis and report preparation. 

• Reviewing and providing comments on market activation trade plans in line with strategy. 

• Managing M-item/ GwP delivery process (from collecting the order through delivery to central warehouse and budget allocation per market) 

• Participating in the daily activities of marketing team, managing innovation master plan and trade terms report.  

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing team 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working with Teams located outside Poland, working cross – functionally with sales team, external 3rd parties Team.  

• Attention to detail for precise analysis of data  

• Well-organized and detail-oriented 

• Ability to work with teams and collaborate 

• Can-do-attitude & Team spirit 

• Very good command of English (everyday use)  

• Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point  
• Experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
