Masterdata Governance Data Engineer (10-12 months)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems. You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and documented. This is 10-12 month temporary employment contract.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensuring correct mapping and transformation of data via collaboration with vendors, deliverables sign off in quality & defect management in time for IBP project timeline execution
  • E2E overseeing of data related issues within the project with monitoring, mitigation and long- term process improvement practices
  • Execute data fit gap assessment to ensure data mapping/ data availability & processes are in place for global IBP release.
  • Creation and execution of comprehensive data migration, cutover and hypercare activities for business and on time alignment & feedback to vendor activities -with detailed steps and timelines.
  • Development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective data/defect management.
  • Managing stakeholders alignment on priority and Wella requirements
  • Collaboration with data owners to ensure data integrity.
  • Execution of trainings and user support mechanisms.

  • Masterdata background esp. in areas of SAP Material Master, Masterdata Governance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Project management skills are welcomed
  • Fluent English
