Portfolio Lifecycle Senior Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lifecycle Senior Manager, reporting to Cost & Cash Leader.
The scope will include regional SPOC role (EMEA), a Brand management (Nioxin, Sebastian for instance), and a system ownership to be defined (MOQ reduction, NFG optimization are options). The scope might evolve with having reportees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as regional SPOC for EMEA and drive all your KPIs, ultimately the Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) measure to deliver FY targets for your Region, as well as supporting the region with any E&O, VAR and Portfolio Rationalization activities.
- Understands the financial AOP, and PF targets, and improve their building blocks for your region.
- Own and lead the clean and prevention action plan to deliver VAR targets in your region, by engaging and enabling all needed stakeholders (Bus, Factories, EXO)
- Build your expertise and recommend the non-moving SKUs in your region, to clean the stock and VAR.
- Actively participate and contribute in Nioxin and Sebastian brands strategy and Initiative 3 years Masterplan.
- Actively participate in Nioxin and Sebastian initiatives by anticipating any VAR, E&O, IRC risks, by providing options to commercial teams and to GILs, and by driving the right decision taking in due time at gates.
- Raise in SAM meeting any risks and options, to gather leadership guidance.
- Lead the Nioxin and Sebastian brands SKU portfolio optimization program and action plan in close partnership with commercial, Marketing and finance multi-functional brands team.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain function with increasing responsibilities and scope. Experience in initiative management and supply planning and/or demand planning would be ideal. Experience of multi-functional work with business acumen would be highly appreciated.
- Able to “zoom-in” and “zoom-out”, quickly shifting between strategic and tactical directions
- Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present persuasive arguments to Leadership and Peers
- Ability to influence and understand business dynamics
- Able to Lead and Follow as part of multi-functional teams
- Participate on work teams as a leader and member
- Able to Negotiate, resilient in trying multiple tactics to achieve goals
- Self-motivated and Dynamic manager
- Able to define and drive individual and group action plans
- Strong Data Analytical Skills
- Willing to go beyond his / her responsibilities if needed
- Fluent in speaking English
- Interest and experience in Beauty brands and industry would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Sebastian and Nioxin brands would be a plus.
