ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for a portfolio of six brands across the Eastern Europe region, including Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This role focuses on building strong brand equity, driving innovation, managing pricing and assortment strategies, and ensuring consistent brand execution in collaboration with local market brand managers and the global brand team. The Senior Brand Manager will also oversee the regional marketing budget and lead brand excellence across all consumer touchpoints.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Regional Brand Strategy: Develop and implement holistic brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and market share across all eight Eastern European markets in line with global brand positioning and business priorities.

• Innovation & Launch Management: Lead the adaptation and go-to-market execution of global innovations. Identify regional opportunities for new product development and tailor launch plans to local consumer insights and market dynamics.

• Local Market Leadership: Manage and support local brand managers across the EE region, providing strategic direction, clear brand guidelines, and toolkits for market execution. Ensure alignment and excellence in brand activation across all countries.

• Pricing & Assortment Strategy: Define and maintain optimal portfolio architecture, pricing strategy, and brand role segmentation to support profitable growth and channel-specific relevance in each market.

• Budget Ownership: Plan and manage the regional marketing budget across brands. Ensure sufficient and efficient allocation of resources across activities and markets to drive ROI and brand performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Education, and Finance to ensure brand strategies are aligned with commercial objectives and are effectively executed through all channels.

• Global Team Liaison: Act as the key regional interface with the global brand teams. Ensure timely and efficient adaptation of global brand plans, assets, and messaging for Eastern Europe.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze brand KPIs, market share, and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in brand management within the beauty or FMCG industry

• Experience managing multi-market strategies, ideally with exposure to distributor-led models

• Proven track record in launching innovation, leading brand growth, and managing a marketing budget

• Strong understanding of regional dynamics and consumer behavior in Eastern Europe

Skills:

• Strategic Brand Leadership: Strong ability to develop long-term growth strategies and translate them into actionable brand plans

• Innovation Management: Capability to manage complex product launches across diverse markets

• Analytical Thinking: Solid command of brand performance metrics, consumer insights, and business impact evaluation

• People Management: Ability to lead and motivate remote teams in international environments

• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage internal stakeholders and external partners

• Fluency in English
