Senior Demand Planner Central Customers

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Demand Planner – Central Customers, you will play a key role in shaping accurate, data-driven demand forecasts in a global, fast-paced environment. Working in close partnership with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will build detailed bottom-up forecasts (by SKU and by month), analyze statistical models, and translate complex data into actionable insights for the business. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact, contribute to forecasting excellence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across regions and brands.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build detailed bottomup demand forecasts (SKU / monthly) across multiple brands and markets, in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams
  • Analyze and validate systemgenerated statistical forecasts, integrating business data to ensure high forecast accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure timely and accurate demand forecasts to support operational and business decisionmaking
  • Conduct root cause analysis of demand deviations, volume changes, and order constraints, and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and build strong, trustbased relationships in a multinational environment
  • Work in line with established planning processes and maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and analytical rigor

 

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning within a multinational or corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to work with numbers, statistics, and advanced Excel (role requires extensive daily use of Excel)
  • Experience working with ERP systems and planning data
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions at different levels of the organization
  • Strong selfmanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize work independently and deliver results
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
  • Solutionoriented mindset with a strong problemsolving approach
  • Openness to change and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
