Supply Chain Intern (External Operations)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment. In this role, as the EXO Aerosols Planning Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals within Wella's External Operations Team, learning by observing and actively participating in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, preparing reports in Excel, joining calls with the factory team, contributing to small improvement projects, and supporting root cause analysis processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with the External Operations Planning Team to support daily operations, gradually taking on more ownership and responsibility
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to help navigate challenges
- Drive or support improvement projects that enhance planning processes and efficiency
- Dive into data analysis to uncover insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
- Sharp analytical and logical thinking skills
- A growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts is an advantage
- Experience with tools like SAP, JDA, or Blue Yonder is a bonus
