The Initiative Planning Intern (IP) is the single point of accountability for integration of initiatives, product changes, and other major changes into the Supply Chain, by collaborating with the multifunctional Planning Hub team in evaluation and execution of projects end to end having Global teams and markets as main stakeholders. The role is developed under a global scope being accountable for the initiatives impact on the company Cash (Inventory), Costs, Quality, Schedule (SOS) and Service.



  • Participate into Initiative Planning from a Supply Chain perspective for the OPI brand.
  • Owning data preparation and analysis for initiative execution
  • Contribute into adaptation tracking of usage of new tools



  • Able to integrate information from a variety sources, comfortable challenging a team to reach consensus, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills (clear, concise and timely).
  • Strong competency in the areas of MS Excel and  MS Power Point.  
  • Basic understanding of MFR, JDA, SAP, Project Management and Suply planning would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and implement improvements would be an asset.
