Warehousing Process Engineer – Eastern Europe
We’re looking for a Warehousing Process Engineer to strengthen operational performance across our Eastern Europe distribution network. In this role, you will drive process excellence, secure inventory accuracy, and ensure flawless execution in partnership with our Logistics Operators and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and IT standards across all distribution centers.
- Lead performance reviews with Logistics Operators and drive corrective actions.
- Improve warehouse processes to increase accuracy and reduce errors.
- Drive warehouse & transportation (W&T) savings and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock takes, and follow-up actions.
- Manage returns, stock transfers between DCs, scrapping, and other operational flows.
- Lead cross‑functional CPS activities within copacking, reducing VAR through data‑driven evaluation and coordinated action plans
- Secure timely and accurate execution of copacking and de-copacking projects.
- Support key logistics and SAP-related projects, including testing and system enhancements.
- Act as SAP logistics expert, supporting issue resolution and process setup.
- Ensure full adherence to logistics-related SOX controls.
- Oversee quality incidents and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support internal quality, regulatory audits
- Business travel may be required.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Strong understanding of warehouses operations and inventory control.
- Advanced SAP knowledge (MM, SD, WM/EWM, LO/LE).
- 3–5 years’ experience in logistics operations or DC management.
- Experience working with 3PLs/Logistics Operators.
- Ability to Manage multiple warehouses
- Hands-on experience with inventory accuracy and operational KPIs.
- Experience in copacking/co-manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
