THE ROLE
We are actively looking for our future North America e-Commerce Associate Manager for Wellastore to join our team. This role will work in collaboration with our Global and cross-functional teams to deliver front-end content enhancements across our B2B platform to optimize user experience and drive growth through our merchandising and marketing efforts across the United States and Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and support key eCommerce merchandising and catalog management activities to ensure an accurate and engaging online shopping experience.
- Coordinate the execution of promotional and marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Manage product and content-related workflows, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence across digital platforms.
- Support site content and creative asset management to maintain a compelling and brand-consistent customer experience.
- Contribute to customer experience strategy through personalization, merchandising, and continuous site optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to execute digital initiatives and support business goals.
- Monitor and analyze site performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to site usability, functionality, and conversion through testing and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of digital updates and support the effective operation of eCommerce processes and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- 4+ years prior e-commerce experience with proven results to successfully grow businesses on-line.
- 4 year degree; advanced degree a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
Desirable:
- Expertise in SAP Hybris Marketing Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Analytics), and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of KPI`s, digital marketing, e-retail- and brand strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics, heatmaps, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to e-retailers and enroll them in support of strategies.
- Affinity with Beauty. Prior beauty category experience is a plus.
- Open and accessible management style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and collaborate across the team.
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
