Supply Chain Reporting Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Supply Chain team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will support the development of AI-supported tools that help drive process improvements and efficiency gains across the business. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI, business processes, data analysis, reporting tools, and international collaboration in a dynamic supply chain environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify suitable AI-based solutions to support business-related process improvements
- Support the development of AI-assisted tools that improve reporting efficiency and process quality
- Assist in redesigning supply chain performance reports (e.g. delivery times, order completeness)
- Support the creation of Eco Tax reports based on local market guidelines with the help of AI-supported tools
- Help document reporting processes and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with teams across different countries and departments
- Learn to use AI and reporting tools such as Power BI and BW systems to automate and improve reporting
- Contribute ideas, challenge existing ways of working, and support continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (must have)
- Interest in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, AI, or Business Operations
- Some experience in building or using AI-supported tools
- Knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage
- Proactive mindset and willingness to drive improvements
- Confidence in challenging the status quo and suggesting better ways of working
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
