Reporting Specialist: KPI & Global EcoTax

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an analyst that is expected to achieve expert level of mastery and own Market Supply KPI and Eco Tax Reporting, the respective processes, systems used to execute the tasks and its relevant key integration points with other business processes. This role is based in Warsaw, whilst the scope is global. The candidate interacts in her/his daily work with people from around the globe, various functions and different level. The scope of the role itself is a defined set of business Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) (i.e. Order Complete, On Time, …), as well as pre-defined Eco Tax reports based on local market regulations. 

While the work is global, some of the tasks are regional or local. For example, the Eco Tax reporting and submission is specific to a local market’s pre-defined requirements. The SPOC (Single Point of Contact) is responsible for timely and accurate reporting, as well as providing background information and support to affected markets in case of questions.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

Market Supply KPI Reporting Owner

·         Act as a reporting custodian to ensure KPI purpose and definition is followed

·         Extraction, processing and preparation of data to ensure timely and accurate reporting

·         Drive reporting automation to continuously reduce manual workload

·         Provide data and process insights towards the markets in case of KPI-related questions

 

Global Eco Tax Reporting Owner

·         Supports local markets obligation to report Eco Tax related packaging information by

creation of Eco Tax submission for local business units based on pre-defined reporting requirements, whilst

·         documentation of every local reporting and submission process to support Eco Tax audits

·         regular governance connects with reported markets

·         establish and maintain regular functional connects (e.g. with R&D teams) to feedback on data quality and reporting needs

·         continuously improve data integrity processes, e.g. by transitioning to harmonized, no-touch PowerBI reporting

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

 

Essential: 

·         Business understanding in Supply Chain processes to understand the influencing factors to the KPI’s and its calculation logic

·         Experience in reporting systems like BW Compass and BW4Hana

·         PowerBI mastery

·         Good analytical skills

·         Good technical understanding of processes and system

·         Good verbal and written communication skills in English (daily cooperation in English)

·         Intercultural experience to manage stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds

 

Desirable: 

·         Experience across various Supply Chain streams (Planning, Masterdata, Warehousing, Transportation) to understand KPI influencing factors

·         Plan and follow-through attitude to ensure on-time execution

·         Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

·         Autonomous work style

·         General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
